Still have not received it

I ordered this product more than two weeks ago and have been in touch several times with customer service. It still has not arrived and it has been days since my last email to them. I am pretty surprised that this has not been dealt with better. It’s understandable that things may get lost in shipment but I’ve felt generally pretty unsupported and unhelped. I specifically chose to go to you guys instead of Amazon etc and it seems that wasn’t really the best choice for me.

FIVE STARS FOR A NON-RAINBOW COLORED, AESTHETICALLY PLEASING PLAY MAT - YES PLEASE!

As a Mom who did not want her home to look like a toy store, I can't say enough about how damn cute, durable & just absolutely amazing this mat is! It has a nice cushion but also camouflages as a rug aka not the puzzle piece foam rainbow mats (no hate, just not my style! :)

Just found out we are expecting our third and this mat has been such an essential for our littles from tummy time to building blocks and race tracks. In so many snaps I take of my children it's a beautiful compliment to each image. Thank you for making my dream mat! :)

We had a slight issue with our mat and they were quick to respond and sent us a new one. The mat is soft and durable and we love the pattern, looks great in our home. We were so happy with the customer service, they really went above and beyond.

Buy this mat

This is literally the best thing we purchased for our daughter when she was a baby. It is the softest mat out there (even adults like sitting on it!) and is super easy to clean. I love the modern look of it - fun but not too cutesy. Our daughter is now 3 and it's still in her room, and I don't anticipate removing it anytime soon. I can't recommend this mat highly enough!

Great Mat

Bought this mat in Summer and we’ve been using it for 4 months. I had lots of questions ahead of my purchase and the Customer Service Team was fantastic - very polite and answered all of my questions very quickly. Mat was delivered quickly and it’s great - it lays completely flat (took a short time to unroll completely but looks good once it’s there), it’s soft, easy to clean and has so far not been damaged by our cats (despite a few scratching attempts). It feels a little chilly underfoot now we’ve hit winter, but still enjoying playing on it with our little one! So far, very happy :)

Seamless delivery to Italy

Excellent experience all-around. We live in Italy and the mat was quickly delivered (11 days after order), and without any surprise taxes to pay on this end. The mat itself is perfect.
