We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.

The battery life is great, and they are very small! All in all, it was worth the purchase, but I wish it had these three big improvements: It should use USB-C chargers instead of the Micro-USB it has now. It's my only non-usb C item now when I go camping... the LED lights are stupid bright on both the child and parent unit and I had to cover them with electrical tape, and I wish the LED on the parent unit would change colors based on audio activity, so I could see if my child was crying.

Generally, these are decent monitors that do what we need. The range, however, is the same or maybe slightly worse then the $40 Amazon monitor which is a bit disappointing. Some things I like about this monitor are that it charges with a USB cable (USB C would be so much better though). The battery life is decent. It lets you know how much battery is left. They are small and light.
Definitely a step up from the other options out there. Worth paying 3x the cost? I'm not so sure. I wish the range was better for the price point.

I’ll be recommending this to all of our friends now! Only had a month and we love it! Our house is on a lake and our usual baby monitor can’t reach to our dock on WiFi so this is the perfect solution! Truly wish we would have had this product sooner with our first child! We also took it camping and it was perfect to keep in our tent while we were out around the campsite. Next we want to try the sound machine!

I bought these so we could listen to birds during the winter months. We live on a busy street, so we were picking up street noise as well as noise when there was wind. We solved this by placing it in a ziplock bag. We can still hear the birds, without all the static and noise. And now we have another use! We are fostering a dog and we are using the baby monitor as a dog monitor. I can go get work done outside and keep an ear out for the pup. Thank you for having a baby monitor that doesn't have to be plugged in. This has been PERFECT!

It does what it says - Baby audio monitor at a distance, lets me get gardening done etc while she naps inside. It’s light weight and sturdy. But I don’t love it.
There are a bunch of things I’d improve about the design, starting with the headphone setup. At first I didn’t understand why the headphones were being so encouraged during the sale, but the receiving unit makes a constant hissing/thrumming background noise - and it’s not because it’s picking up a lot of actual background noise, we live in a log cabin in the middle of rural woods in Maine. It’s the kind of sound from old walkie talkies and mics from the 80s and 90s when they’re searching for sound to project and just kinda make up a nothingy sound in its lack. Hearing that hissy whirr all the time when it’s on drives me nuts (since I’m used to nature silence), and would likely drive anyone around me nuts too, so I’d want to spare them that by wearing headphones. This sound isn’t inherent to radio-transmitting monitors: I’m sitting right next to our video monitor, which is a radio-based unit, and it’s silent as a potato until my baby makes a peep, which comes through clearly. This is for a unit similarly priced to Roar. However! I would not want a wired headphone! I know the Roar units are otherwise kinda low tech, but if it were possible for them to connect to Bluetooth headphones, even through a dongle, that would be a huge upgrade. I can’t tend a fire or do yard work etc safely with a wire dangling from my ear to my waist.
The next biggest thing I’d improve is the send/receive button: it’s too easy to bump! It’s not inset or covered at all, so if you’ve got the unit in your pocket or at your waist, it’s quite easy to accidentally bump the button and send the sound of your space into the baby’s monitor unit. If there are people talking, a loud stream, etc., near you, this wakes up the baby. I’ve only found I don’t bump it in my breast pocket, but then it falls out, so I just set it somewhere and try to remember to stay close by. (Further reason a Bluetooth headphone connector would help.)
So, does it work? Yes. Do I love it? No. But there’s nothing better out there that I’ve found, so here’s hoping the company can improve some of these design issues for future versions.

We have an older dog who doesn’t like using the stairs. She sleeps downstairs but likes to call us early morning to come and get her for a cuddle in our bed upstairs. We weren’t always hearing her and tried many baby monitors with no success. The Roar Baby monitor is perfect. We can hear her clearly and it doesn’t need to be plugged in - there is no powerpoint at the bottom of the stairs. It was a small but important problem that Roar has solved perfectly. I am also going to use it when I have a sick person upstairs. Love Roar.

Batter life has been great so far, range is more like 600’ in my testing before it cuts out and in and starts beeping which is still great. I live on 10 acers so plenty of wide open to test on and no real obstacles maybe the stroller or facing away but that is real life testing. Recommend buying the headphone adapter as while it has great volume when actually working outside gets hard to her when on a hip clip. Perfect use for all those iPhone headphone jack headphones just sitting in a junk drawer.

We love these radios. We use it camping, backpacking, but also traveling and in the summer if we need more long range. The range is great and the battery lasts all night plus a nap or two. It’s in our togo bag and our standard baby shower gift!

These are an awesome alternative to the traditional audio only baby monitor! They work great for outdoor activities but are just as great at home giving way more flexibility to be able to be out in the garage or even outside the house while still being able to monitor your kiddo. I wish we would have just started with these.

My wife and I take turns caring for our son on life support and have tried other monitors, which we found cumbersome and inadequate. Roar Baby Monitors changed everything. The unit's battery life is stable and long-lasting. Over one year we've not encountered any issues using two pairs. One set for the day and the other for the night. Roar has allowed us to work outside, in the garage etc. with total confidence, that should a ventilator alarm, we will hear it. I honestly don't know how we ever got by without Roar, and I wish I had discovered this product sooner.

I was really excited about this when I discovered it! We have a couple of young kids with two that still nap. The idea of a portable, lightweight, and long range monitor really peaked my interest.
However, my enthusiasm waned when I received the package. Starting out, the packaging was reminiscent of a cheap Amazon package, not an expensive electronic device. Not the end of the world, after all, it’s just the wrapping!
The product itself, which is intentionally lightweight, uses cheap feeling plastic. It’s been dropped once from a short height, and it made a small nick in the shell. Completely cosmetic, but makes me doubt if this thing can hold up to wear and tear of adventuring. I would have loved to see a heavier duty plastic, and some sort of silicone for grip and shock absorption. At the very least, sell me a case that I can put around this thing.
The wristbands are terrible. They immediately got caught on the monitor hold and started to fray. I bought some new ones on Amazon for $5 that are infinitely better… shouldn’t need to do that when spending this much on a monitor.
Last regarding performance, it functions mostly as expected. Range is obviously going to be less than advertised, but that’s to be expected. It certainly doesn’t compete with a walkie talkie, but still far better than any baby monitor. I’ve enjoyed giving the monitor one to my kids so they can bike a little further ahead and I can talk to them so they don’t get going too far ahead. That’s a fun use. There is a two-ish second delay after you press and hold the talk button before it will actually start broadcasting your voice. Some when you’re done talking, it takes a second before you can start hearing the broadcast again. Not the end of the world. I do appreciate knowing that it’s a secure channel that isn’t being picked up by others.
Overall, I’m going to keep them, as they get the job done, but for this price I wish they had taken the extra steps to really make this a knockout product.

Hi, I wrote a one star review and it was apparently deleted so I’m writing it again in the hope it was mistakenly removed or misplaced. We bought these monitors to supplement our video monitor when traveling, camping and at our lake cottage. We bought them primarily for the range but were disappointed when they failed to reach the 300-500 feet to the beach. We have almost direct line of sight from the babies bedroom window to our beach spot with maybe the corner of one other camp in the way. The monitors go out of range just before the beach so way less than 1000 unobstructed feet. Additionally, when in range we can barely hear anything on the receiver unless held up to our ears at max volume. We hang the transmitter directly on the mesh wall of the pack and play. These are worse than our 10 year old video monitor. Very disappointed. We will copy this review for safe keeping and repost if it is lost again.

I needed a baby monitor that gave me the range to bring outside while my baby was inside asleep in her crib as well as for camping trips. I can honestly say these work amazing! The range and clarity is perfect and I can relax knowing I’ll be able to hear my little one when she needs me. The unit itself is small and compact and can clip right onto my pants so I can be hands feee. I’m greatly pleased and so excited about how well these work. They are absolutely worth it!

The monitor works fantastic. Completely worth the money and would recommend 100 times over. Battery life is great, it lasted all weekend on 1 charge (naps included), great range and easy to use. I bought this one because my “5 Star” Amazon monitor didn’t perform like it was supposed to and died before our previous camping trip even started. Sadly, the only reason why I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the customer service. I originally contacted customer service because my tracking wasn’t updating, which they responded right away saying they would look into it. But no one got back to me. I paid for express shipping (3-5 days) and it took 10 days to get to me (luckily it showed up 3 hours before we were leaving on our camping trip and I had time to fully charge it). I emailed them back to let them know my product arrived, and the response I got was very polite and they said their manager is looking into ways to prevent this in future. I understand that after it has shipped, it’s kind of out of their hands. But if you offer express 3-5 day shipping, you should stand behind it. I was not offered any sort of compensation/ refund for the less than express shipping I received, which I paid almost $100 for.
