We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used

We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:

- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.

The cover seems a tad big for the sports cap spout. Perhaps the spout of my sports cap has shrunk in size over time. Sometimes the cover stays on but at times it slips off by itself. Needed to rig it with electrical tape inside the cover to help it stay on. Oh well.

We like to keep the mouth & cap of our bottles covered while out & about. These caps stay on poorly, but help a little. I would not purchase them again since I could simply repurpose something to do what these do (regularly pop off for no reason). I thought that buying from Klean Kanteen, meant they might actually work.

The dust caps work perfect, I hated the sport cap initially because of all the crud that stuck to the spout so I made some red neck caps that never stayed on. Once I realized Kleen kanteen made them already I ordered 2 sets. Now it’s our go to bottle.

One of these covers should really be included with every sport cap, since the mouthpiece is otherwise exposed to all sorts of contamination. I don't like that I had to pay extra for these, but they fit perfectly and stay on securely.

These are a helpful solution to the sports caps, which are leaky. They also help keep germs off of the spout. In my experience, they tend to break after a few months so need to be replaced pretty often.

These work perfectly as intended. They stay in place nice and snug and prevent leaking. They can freely spin around to be adjusted after being placed between the bottle neck and the sports cap. I only wish it had better synergy with the sports cap, in the sense that the cap doesn't provide a convenient place to put the lid while drinking which means it is either pushing against your face, or you have to hold it away from it with an extra finger while drinking which can feel awkward. You also have to be careful not to over-tighten the sports cap, as this prevents the ring lid from being able to spin freely (although you may actually prefer it this way). The 2-pack is super cheap and I appreciate that I get an extra one in case the first one breaks or gets misplaced. Although the plastic that bends is thin it does not feel cheap or bound to break, but obviously you don't want to stress it more than needed by attempting to carry the bottle by the loop this cap creates.

First time using it, my child dropped her cup and the cap broke off. Took awhile to receive product. Not sure if I would recommend as the quality doesn’t seem to be lasting. I originally bought the cover from their website because there wasn’t anything on Amazon, and the sport cap on the bottle has come open before spilling in her backpack. Sigh. A new design would be nice.

The only thing I miss about the earlier version of the sport cap (also known in my household as the squeaky toy) was the dust cover it came with. It's so nice to have these to go with my newer sport caps! No more leaking, and no more worrying about the mouthpiece getting dirty if I drop the bottle or brush it against something like a tree.

Can't find a way to modify my earlier review (4 star) but I noted that the Sport Cap Dust Cover attachment ring wouldn't fit around the neck of the bottle. I had to put it on the threaded neck of the Sport Cap then screw it down as a "unit," leaving the dust cover ring sitting between the mouth of the bottle and the base of the Sport Cap. Finicky and annoying, actually, because doing that the dust cover can't be moved, its position is fixed, trapped between the bottle and the cap itself. Well, found a way to very easily make it fit over the flared top of the bottle neck and onto the neck itself, like the old ones did! Simply boil some water and heat the ring for 10-15 seconds to soften the plastic. Then stretch it over the flare on the top of the bottle mouth. Put it on and take it off a couple times while it's warm, and it now easily goes over that flare and onto the bottle neck! Wish they'd made the ring diameter just slightly bigger from the start, but again it's easy to do, takes about 30 seconds total and it's now perfect. Also I wrote my first review when I just began using it. Now that I've BEEN using it it's GREAT, a MUST HAVE! Without the cap, if you turn the bottle/cap upside down or on its side liquids can leak out even with the cap "closed." But when you securely cap it with this, there's no leak at all (cannot say that about the original Sport Cap and its dust cover; even with the cover fluids would leak)! The new, improved Sport Cap plus this cover have moved my Klean Kanteens from "I use them" to "I really LIKE to use them" now. They're my go-to uninsulated hydration bottles now, and I've owned them for more than 10 years. They've gone from the back of the cabinet to the front! Wish they'd made these improvements years ago. Biggest improvement is that infernal "honking" that the old Sport Cap made is GONE.

Indispensable addition to the new sport cap. Keeps dirt/grime off of the spout. Would be nice if they'd just include it with the cap, it can't cost more than a penny or two to make and it really is needed for carrying the bottle out and about. My only negative is the size of the loop that attaches to the bottle. It won't go over the lip of the Kanteen like the old model (original sport cap, the "honker" without the removable spout) would. It sits between the cap and the very top of the bottle lip, which isn't really as convenient (and unless you really tighten the cap down, it can leak slightly).

I bought because the pics of the kiddo water bottles didn't have covers in there, but when they arrived they did in the color matching the bottle. So we get to use these black ones on the adult water bottles that we never had covers for anymore. While not leakproof, definitely helps a bit to avoid dust and dirt from entering.

I have tops from several years ago and I bought a new one as well. These covers just don’t stay on the older tops. They stay on the new top fine. On the older one, it just keeps popping off. Very disappointing!

I was pleased to find out I could order these covers for the "adult" bottles since they don't automatically come with them. We've had our bottles for years and just had the first cover break, pretty amazing since my kids are rough with them. The only thing that would make these better would be if all bottles automatically came with covers and if the replacement covers were available in multiple colors. They are a little tricky to get on, but once you have the method down it gets easier.

Purchased a couple of bottles with sports cap as gifts, and ordered the sports cup dust covers separately. Turns out each bottle has a dust cover inside the bottle. Did not say in the description.
Anyway, I like the sports dust cover, but i can’t fit it over the bottle neck, so in order to use it, I could only put it in between the bottle and the cap. Not ideal. Otherwise like it.

Product arrived quickly, and snapped almost as quickly. We are down to one out of the three (1 original and 2 replacements) which is holding up, but only because we do not use that water bottle as much anymore.

These are great for my kids’ bottles. The bottles I bought had these dust covers but they eventually break over time (usually several years unless the kids are really rough with them). I so appreciate being able to replace them now! They really help keep the bottles from leaking and keep the spouts clean.
