We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

Eligibility Criteria
Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.

I recently was trying to find pack of stainless steel straws on Amazon and they were either too long or too short and was like why am I doing this? Klean Kanteen has great straws of higher quality for less money that can fit various heights. This 10 mm size is wide and perfect for smoothies. I actually wish they sold a silicone extender with the straw packs, and for 8mm size, but the 10mm straw included in this package can be the perfect height for 12, 20, or the 32 oz. TK wide cups, or any other cup you want to use it with. the straw itself is a little short unless using with 12 oz, but even if good length for your cup I recommend cutting a very short part of extender and adding it so steel does not scrap or bang against bottom of cup, making straw silent. It so functional and smart! I would love to be able add just extenders without buying another lid for my other Klean Kanteen straws. I posted a picture of two of 10 mm straws with extenders cut to different lengths and one of the narrow 8mm straws from a straw pack. Extenders only fit the 10 mm straws. The straw lid is great for casual use, obviously get a different style cap for travel or waterproofing. The default tk wide cap with folding straw lid also genius design!

I like to splurge on soda water and this is the perfect lid for the tk cup.
Only request is for a longer straw for the taller tk cups.

I love this straw lid so much. Fewer parts and much easier to take apart and assemble for cleaning. Exactly what I wanted for my Klean Kanteens. Only downside is bigger single ice cubes can’t be used with this straw lid.

I love this lid. I can put my bottle in a tote bag and as long as its upright its fine. It also doesn’t leak in a backpack side pocket.

The top of the straw is really soft, I would prefer it to be primarily stainless steel. I like the lid portion though.

I was looking for a non-plastic straw option and this one is perfect. It’s silicone and metal. The straw is a bit larger too. And it seems to be a good quality.

The metal straw is short, so they include a clear silicone bit that can be cut to the appropriate length and added onto the end of the metal straw. It works, but I was not expecting it. This also adds more things to pull apart and clean.

Of my TK Wide lids, I prefer the twist cap & cafe cap, but this one is handy too.
Because it is short, it can be a little hard to get a good grip to unscrew if you screw it on too tight. While I understand the purpose, I wish the straw didn’t need the extender tube. Just my preference.
It’s a good product & it does what you’d expect. Easy to clean & use.

The width of this straw is slightly wider than the 7mm straws so this is especially good for thicker drinks like smoothies. I paired it with my 12 oz TK wide astronaut design and I occasionally use it with my yellow 16 oz TK wide as well.
