We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

Eligibility Criteria
Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Return Abuse Policy
To ensure fair use of our return policy, we monitor return activity. Excessive or abusive return patterns may result in future order restrictions or refusal of service.

The kit was very easy to replace the one that I broke. Once ordered it came in a matter of days! It was totally my fault that it broke in the first place- to much ice!
But I ordered two kits do I will be real the next time !

I have had this bottle nearing 4 years now, the seal finally broke and I was worried that I’d have to get a new water bottle all-together. Since I loved this brand so much, I decided to look for a replacement. It was out of stock at the time but I input for a reminder whenever it came back in stock (not a very long wait at all). After this, I ordered and it arrived swiftly and I am back to drinking water regularly :) thanks

This has been sold out since I last looked over the summer of 2025. I have a special needs son with oral sensory seeking tendencies and he chews his straws off. My 5 twist top tumblers have become useless without new straws. I contacted KK and they were not helpful. Couldn’t provide a date of when they would be restocked, didn’t offer to contact me if and when they are or replace the tumblers. Just sort of shrugged their shoulders and said bye.

The price plus shipping should be lower. I've had two silicone straw tips rip in in the same place. You should offer to send a pack of 3, or 5, without the ring and vent piece, for a minimal charge, or free. I like my water bottle but this problem with the way the silicone straw tip is constructed, or how it must be pulled by the hanging part to get it into the cap after washing (or those two together), is a design flaw.

I got my cup from work when I got hired almost two years ago the rubber piece that holds the straw in broke I was very happy to find this replacement maintenance kit my cup works perfectly again thank you so much

I was not clear how to get the mouthpiece out or back in. I watched a video and the person just slipped the mouthpiece in with a very quick and not well imaged tug. . I had to tug really hard to get it to seat. that is why I needed a replacement. the original one tore when I had to force it out.

It was exactly what I ordered! I broke the rubber straw tip after I pulled it out, cleaned it, then attempted put it back. It was very difficult to pull through the hole so I used pliers which broke the straw :( . I'm grateful you have replacements!

The wrong parts were sent... I ordered a straw replacement and instead received some random cap for a different product. I called three times to customer service, left a voicemail, and haven't heard back in over 2 months. I absolutely love Klean Kanteen, it is the only bottle I use for my children and myself. The messed up order was not that big a deal, it is the lack of response from multiple calls and voicemail. I just want a replacement straw!

WARNING! Air Gasket is very difficult to remove and install. You can install it by attaching it to a piece of floss and pulling it through the hole. Then remove floss after. It is important to attach valve to floss in a loose slipknot so you can easily remove the floss after. I found out about this by searching for a video about this problem.

The straw and gasket worked great and were easy to replace. The third piece which is a valve type thing was impossible to get in. We had already removed the original so that lid is now unusable.
