We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used

- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates

Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Really nice bottle. I always opt for non insulated bottles but it's often hard to find nice stainless steel ones now. This one checked all the boxes of what I was looking for. The wide mouth makes it easy to fill and the lip is rounded for easy drinking.

I wanted this non-insulated bottle and am happy with everything about it, but so far (just a couple days) washing by hand and then through the dishwasher my water has a slightly metalic flavor. I am hopeful overtime, it will resolve.

I love everything about this canteen however the lid doesn’t properly close so it leaks every time I take a sip and put the lid on. Upset about this as it would be period only there was no leaking after every sip!

Water seal consists of a thin removable gasket seated in a recess inside the lid, comes into contact with metal lip edge when you twist the bottle shut. Great for cleaning, sucks for usability.
Undertighten the lid (which is hard to tell -- feels firm to me), and it leaks. Overtighten it to compensate, and now you've probably dislodged the gasket, and need to make sure it doesn't fall out the next time the bottle is opened. 'Cause without the gasket, it'll leak eeeeeverywhere.
99c aquafina bottles are more reliable than this thing.

Overall a great water bottle, basically exactly what I was looking for! A simple daily carry water bottle with minimal plastic interior (only the silicone ring). One small issue: the silicone ring fell out and I could not find it!
You have to remove it occasionally to clean it and ensure it never gets moldy, and I think over time that loosened it a little bit. The other issue is that they are frequently sold out of the replacement rings for this model even though they do stock them.

This is a really great water bottle. Yes you need to make sure the lid is tight but if you do that, it does not leak and I did get the top with the metal thing that closes which I really like
I like that it holds a lot of water so I have the other one that’s thinner the 18 ounce one and then I have this wide mouth one which I carry a lot especially if I’m gonna be gone all day. It’s definitely a winner.
Of course it’s bigger cause it’s holding more water, but I’m able to get it in my sling bag that I carry every day so that’s fine. Again, if you want to carry more water, get this one and if you care more about portability then get the 18 ounce one the 18 ounce one I got it had a straw in it, but I removed the straw because I’m not a big fan of the straw, but that is removable.

I was looking for a simple, full stainless steel, water bottle and this one did the trick. The inside of the lid is also stainless so the only plastic that liquid potentially touches is the rubber gasket. I can see how some people may misthread the lid but it doesn’t take long to get the feel for it.
The bottle itself is quite slim and will easily fit into a cup holder or side sleeve on a backpack. It’s not insulated but because of that the lip of the bottle is very thin which I didn’t expect to like. It feels more like drinking out of a glass than a thick double walled bottle lip.
If you’re looking for a rubber boot to protect the bottom of your bottle, one that is 2. 87” in diameter will fit this model.

I like the size and weight of the bottle, but the cap leaks like a sieve. As soon as the bottle is set on its side (like when it's in a backpack pocket that lain down) water comes pouring out.

I was after a water bottle that was as light as a plastic bottle but didn't have the risks of plastic. The stainless bottle itself is indeed light, but the cap and, in particular, the carrying loop really adds to the weight. I chopped off the loop and got it a little closer to "light weight".

Have used the bottles for more than 12 years and my first bottle is still in daily use! Love that you keep improving designs, but the original stainless steel bottle is still sooo good.
Easy to clean and maintain, and I love that the only part that needs replacing/servicing is the gasket.

So glad someone still makes a single-wall stainless water bottle! I miss the old wide-mouth cap, but otherwise I'm grateful to replace the one I lost. Capacity is still not quite 1L (compared to the Nalgenes of yore) but closer than most other brands at this functional size - where it fits in my bike water bottle cage!

This is the third generation of klean kanteen that I’ve purchased over the last decade or so, and it’s the first time that I’ve been disappointed. If you tighten the cap only to a reasonable level of tightness, it leaks (a lot). You have to really crank the cap another half spin to fully seal it. It’s completely impractical. My wife can’t do it, and I don’t want to do it every time I open and close the bottle to take a sip. I don’t know how this model made it through quality testing

Pretty happy with this purchase. Well made, fairly lightweight and sturdy cap and ring. The only downside is that our Guyot silicon splashguards are *slightly* too small to fit the mouth of the bottle. I like that the top has a stainless steel backer, so there's little to no plastic exposure for the contents.

I’ve been using this stainless steel water bottle for a few weeks now, and overall, it does a decent job. The best thing about it is that it’s 100% stainless steel—no plastic, no liners, no weird chemical smells or aftertaste. It’s lightweight too, which makes it great for tossing in a bag or carrying around during the day.
That said, the seal isn’t quite as tight as I’d like. It doesn’t always close perfectly, and I’ve had a few small leaks when the bottle was tilted or lying on its side. As long as you're careful to screw the lid on just right and keep it upright, it's fine—but I wouldn't put it inside a bag with with electronics just in case.
