We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.

I bought this right from the Klean Kanteen website and upon receiving it, I noticed it leaked quite a bit. I emailed customer service because the bottle never came with a rubber gasket in the lid. Getting a new gasket was a process that involved several emails for different people and photos, which was ridiculous, but they sent me a new gasket. The bottle still leaks, it just leaks less now. I have to have it upright or else it will inevitably leak. Not great but I'll still use it.

The loop cap is perfect for my wide mouth canteen. Being a hiker/bushcrafter, I have may uses for my water bottle/cap.

If you are like me and drop the bottle often, you will find it easily dents leading to it to tip more easily and damage it further. The top seal was even impacted resulting in water easily spilled even with the cap on.
If you never drop the bottle, it is a 5 star rating. So I average my 1 star experience due to the environment with the 5 star as it before damage and get 3 stars.

Originally supported this brand 17+ years ago and loved it. Disappointed when purchasing new replacement products for the first time in over a decade. The quality felt off from what I remembered and when I read the bottom stating they are made in China I was disappointed. Overall the product is okay/moderate quality, but no longer something I recommend to others.

For cycling, there’s nothing like drinking out of stainless steel versus grungy plastic. I’ve 100% made the switch to Klean Kanteen for all my bike water bottles. They easily strap onto my bottle cages and handlebar bags and the sports cap makes drinking on the fly a breeze!

Never understood why people want the colored, painted, or insulated bottles. . . . This single wall perfectly sized keeps enough water cool for most daily use. Until you're hard working and can drink 40oz in one gulp. Highly recommend

This bottle is a hidden gem! The same size as an insulated 32oz but 25% more capacity and nothing but stainless steel and silicon touch the water inside. I have many of these and they're my go to, not to mention they can be used to boil water when camping or in an emergency

Overall I really like this water bottle, it's super lightweight and holds a lot of water, great for hiking or daily use! I was looking for a replacement size and weight-wise for my plastic nalgene bottles and this is good for that. I really wish the cap was not plastic. I appreciate that the inside of the cap is metal but the rest of the lid is still plastic. It might be just because the bottle was new, but during the first few uses but I did notice that there were some plastic particles from the cap left behind on the mouth piece which is a little concerning. If they come out with an all metal cap like some of the other designs I would definitely buy it!

Bottle itself is very good but the customer service here makes me wonder if I should have purchased elsewhere. I wanted to get a bigger size yet the exchange process means I have to pay for returns so I am reluctantly just keeping this. Calling customer service doesn't exist either.
