The size is just what I was looking for and it’s really easy to open and close and clean. Unfortunately it just doesn’t keep food warm for very long at all which was disappointing.

This is coolest stainless steel product I’ve purchased to date. I love how I can take ice cream or cottage cheese and strawberries wherever I go. I’m sure I will come up with even more ideas. I bought this mostly for cold food items but I’m sure it will see some hot chicken broth from time to time.

This looks like a well-built product in terms of materials used and keeping plastic away from food and beverage contact. However, the lid is short in height and difficult to get a grip on.

Keeps a meal hot even on the coldest of snowy days. It helps to have a warm meal for your belly when you are working outside all day. It is too big for my kids' lunch, but great for family adventures or for myself or my husbands lunch.

I really love this canister for picnics and roadtrips with my husband. It’s easy to use. The only con is the massive size. The handle does make it easy to carry.

I absolutely love these canisters. The lids can be a bit tricky at first. Line up the threading well & don’t tighten too much especially if hot contents. If it get stuck bc of expansion, get a friend to hold the base whilst you twist the lid (holding close to the base of the lid with both hands) or use your legs to grip it. You quickly get used to how to screw the lid well

I had an issue with the original canister, but the customer service washer phenomenal and offered a replacement. My only issue with this canister is that I wish there was a non-slip type band around it to grip while opening it since it’s waaaay larger than the span of my hands and tends to be a wee bit slippery. (My husband doesn’t seem to have this issue though)

The insulated food container is well made and works well.

Tried to order a replacement cap for a KK insulated thermos but received
the wrong size. Suggest you list the real dimensions of your products rather
than confusing label names.

I love this thing, I need to order more of them. Easy to clean, keeps things hot/cold. and the built-in handle makes carrying & removing from a cavernous bag/tote super easy. Get more than one, seriously.

I had the same experience as some of the people here: I stuffed too much in it so the 'bubble' inside couldn't expand and make it easy to open. I had to cross my fingers, hoping that inside my un-openable canister some bacteria would eat up my lunch and produce gas. That way the pressure from inside would get the point that I could open it again. I was blessed in a cursed sort of way, because after a couple of days I was able to open my canister without a problem. The whole thing was a slow, frustrating, and gross process.

There really should be massive warnings explaining how the canister works so that nobody ever has to go through that.

However, I learned my lesson and now I know how much food to put in.

Since then, I've been able to use my canister to keep my food warm :) I love that it's dishwasher safe too!

Absolutely love these!!! Keeps things hot or cold, well executed design, love the sizes.
*If the lid gets stuck, have someone hold the base whilst someone else twists the lid, or hold the base between your legs whilst you twist the lid (must be with bare legs ie. no fabric to slip on.)
