30-day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

To begin a return, please click here or email us at care@easytot.com if the item received was defective or not as ordered with a photo.
Eligibility Criteria
Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- You will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- No restocking fees
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You must purchase your own return label during the return process
- A 25% restocking fee applies to items priced $100 or above (except clothing and shoes)
We are not able to provide free labels or make exceptions for customers who choose a refund to original payment method.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Restocking Fees
Restocking fees apply when you return an item priced >.$100 and you request a refund to your original payment method instead of store credit. We also reserve the right to apply restocking fees for certain items priced less than $100 when they are not returned in resellable conditions - e.g. you removed the original packaging. If you remove the original packaging we reserve the right to reject the return, however we may simply apply a restocking fee on a case by case basis so your return will still be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Return Abuse Policy
To ensure fair use of our return policy, we monitor return activity. Excessive or abusive return patterns may result in future order restrictions or refusal of service.

I cart this strip around with us everywhere! I hang on the side of the bath for baby to see while I shower, round the pram bassinet on walks and in the car too. Baby is transfixed and it buys me 5 minutes of hands free time!

I bought the reversible strip for my daughter's carrycot as I felt she was missing out on valuable stimulation time when we were out in the pram. The strip is great for keeping her engaged and I love the option to use the colour side when she gets older.

I purchased this as a gift for some close friends who were due their baby boy. Etta loves is my favourite gift idea for new babies (and parents!) as I bought the muslins for myself when I had my daughter in 2020 and remember thinking they were a miracle product for helping me have a shower after my husband went back to work with her happily in her chair looking at the patterns next to me. Baby boy has now arrived and is already loving his sensory strip and will get months of great use.

I have used Etta Loves before as part of my job as a teacher of the visually impaired so bought the sensory strip for my new grandson. It is amazing to watch him focus on the strip and muslins and it helps to distract him during nappy changes which aren’t his favourite times.

My 2 month old loves the strip. She’s a very fussy baby and conventional methods of pushing her in a pram and car rides don’t really settle her. When I put the strip in front of her she settles quickly and smiles/giggles at the patterns.

Bought the sensory strip for our first grandson. He's captivated by it. His parents are amazed at how much he enjoys it. As he enjoyed it so much I bought the hang squares to go on his buggy whilst out and about.

Bought them as a gift this time for my friend as I recently bought for my newborn and she loves them so much brilliant idea my little girl loves looking at them and has started to smile whilst looking at them recently keeps her entertained during nappy changes burping and car journeys as work well if you tie around the bar of the car seat also nice and handy as can practically use as muslins! Would definitely recommend lovely practical little set. I have also bought the hanging squares and stand up print also both very lovely and good quality and love the science behind them
