30-day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- You will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- No restocking fees
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You must purchase your own return label during the return process
- A 25% restocking fee applies to items priced $100 or above (except clothing and shoes)
We are not able to provide free labels or make exceptions for customers who choose a refund to original payment method.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Restocking Fees
Restocking fees apply when you return an item priced >.$100 and you request a refund to your original payment method instead of store credit. We also reserve the right to apply restocking fees for certain items priced less than $100 when they are not returned in resellable conditions - e.g. you removed the original packaging. If you remove the original packaging we reserve the right to reject the return, however we may simply apply a restocking fee on a case by case basis so your return will still be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Return Abuse Policy
To ensure fair use of our return policy, we monitor return activity. Excessive or abusive return patterns may result in future order restrictions or refusal of service.

Super soft t-shirt with a cute slogan for kids. The fit initially was great but after a wash, the bottom hem was pretty clearly crooked, with longer fabric on the right side than the left. My nephew doesnt notice or care but its just a bit odd.

I got a couple of shirts for my sister's kids from Chunky Deli previously, and the quality of their products really is excellent. This shirt is no different; when they say buttery soft, they mean it. And even though those brats have way too many clothes, this shirt was also too cute to pass up. My 3 year old nephew is in the upper weight percentile for his age, while his older sister is in the lower for her age (5). Both fit 4T well, so this is a fun shirt for either of them. Their other shirts look like new still, so I expect this one to hold up just as well. It makes for a good gift, and considering this shirt would probably survive multiple hand me down cycles, I think $13 is reasonable.

We cannot leave the house without getting a giggle from this shirt when my little wears it. It fits my 2.5 year old very well; I'm particularly impressed with the sleeve length, I feel like they're usually just a little off. The neck is also difficult to stretch (which my kids ALWAYS do) so I appreciate that. The material is thick and easy to care for. It may run a smidge big but I prefer my kid's clothes that way. This is a good value for parents in the market for a cheeky shirt

I was so impressed by the quality of this shirt for the price. It is a soft thick cotton with really pleasant and quality lettering. For the price, you just cant beat this. I do wish it came in more sizes. The 4T seemed maybe a little small and Im worried it may shrink big time, but we shall see.Its so rare to find a real cotton shirt these days. It also comes in a little plastic sleeve so if you are gifting I think you can be certain it was come well folded and presentable.

100% cotton! I don't think I noticed that when I bought it and it was a definite bonus. The fabric is a beautiful, almost unbleached natural cotton looking off white (who needs stark white on a toddler?!) and is so incredibly soft. It's white, so staining is inevitable, but I think it will take a little while. The 3t sizing is spot on. I adore the big bold red print. It is well attached and I don't think my grandson will be able to pick at it and get it off. He's at the age of destruction. He also liked the bold red letters and pointed at them and thought it was HILARIOUS when we read it to him. Entertaining and adorable, I recommend this shirt.

Love 100% cotton. I do not want the microplastic from polyester on child's skin. This shirt is soft and comfortable. Like most 100% cotton garments, this t-shirt will only get better with wear and washing. Great quality. Washed well without loosing color. Additionally, print integrity was also maintained. Pricing seems appropriate or typical for toddler tees. Well worth it!! The sizing may run a bit big. Ordered 3T for bigger 2 yr old. Regardless, he looks adorable in it!!

This is such a lovely cotton shirt, and the printing is bright and feels sturdy. There's a slight new fabric smell, not very much. Stitching feels sturdy, the only reason I took off one star is because the instructions say hand wash in cold water and hang to dry. I feel like that is hard to do with kids clothes, I think what might be a little more practical is to size up a little bit in case it shrinks, especially because the stitching and fabric all feels nice and sturdy. It does say 100% combed cotton, and it does have a nice high-quality feel. It runs true to size, and our kids are delighted by the pattern. I like that the font is both fun and easy for them to read. Pending how much this shrinks with washing, I would definitely choose this brand again.

This shirt is so cute! We got this for our 2.5 year old (got a 3T) who is typically in a 2T but getting close to maybe switching into the next size up and this sizing is perfect. The shirt itself is super high quality and feels like a very premium shirt (not another cheap toddler one). It's got a nice amount of stretch to it and just fits him really well.
