30-day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- You will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- No restocking fees
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You must purchase your own return label during the return process
- A 25% restocking fee applies to items priced $100 or above (except clothing and shoes)
We are not able to provide free labels or make exceptions for customers who choose a refund to original payment method.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Restocking Fees
Restocking fees apply when you return an item priced >.$100 and you request a refund to your original payment method instead of store credit. We also reserve the right to apply restocking fees for certain items priced less than $100 when they are not returned in resellable conditions - e.g. you removed the original packaging. If you remove the original packaging we reserve the right to reject the return, however we may simply apply a restocking fee on a case by case basis so your return will still be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Return Abuse Policy
To ensure fair use of our return policy, we monitor return activity. Excessive or abusive return patterns may result in future order restrictions or refusal of service.

This is an absolutely exceptional quality kids shirt. The cotton is thick and soft, landing halfway between Chunky and American Apparel. The graphic is simple but cute, a good design that you can pair with loads of things and dress up or down as needed. The size and laundry info is printed in the neck instead of on a tag, which is great, because my child hates tags. The sizing is in line with the stated size, which is in line with American standards, so buy with confidence. This is a great quality garment with a simple, timeless whimsy to it, and I think provides a great value.

I love that it's 100% cotton, which feels hard to find for kids these days, especially at a reasonable price. it is definitely oh the high price end for a "tee" but you get what you pay for and this is a very high quality and nice shirt. the material is very thick and fits perfectly. it has some stretch to it, but maintains its shape very well. it's a cute design and gender neutral. really happy with this item and definitely need to get the hugs and chicky nuggs one next!!

This shirt is absolutely adorable, and the material itself is thick and obviously well made. Despite being a light color, it has held up really well to preschool and being washed and dried quite often. The screen printing hasn't cracked or faded at all and we get compliments on it all the time. My son is 3.5 and about 35 pounds and a 3T fits perfectly with a little bit of room to grow.At a current price of $12.99 this is more than I typically pay for kids t-shirts but it's definitely high quality and fun.

This T-shirt has been made with little children in mind. The fabric is 100% cotton and pre-shrunk. I really appreciate something that is pre-shrunk because that means it will not get smaller and smaller every time it is washed or put in the dryer.Once again, when thinking of children, the neck does not have an itchy tag. Instead, everything is printed on the shirt.They also liked to put things on the shirt that would spark conversation. In this case, our shirt states, “Pizza, Pizza, Pizza,” all in a vertical row.That will certainly bring smiles, if not conversation when this is seen by others, and will be an icebreaker.They also made the graphic out of a soft-hand screen print to eliminate sharp or plastic feeling items on the shirt.When I wash this, I will turn the shirt inside out to protect the graphic from peeling. I will also air fluff it in the dryer with no heat and then hang it to dry. This is how I do my laundry and find it makes my clothes look nice longer.This is a cute little shirt that looks like it is made well.

I ordered this for my 2 year old granddaughter who loves pizza. She typically wears a 3T so this was slightly big but still looks good on and not oversized. The material is stretchy and thicker, so you can't see through it and all of the stitching is sewn tight, with no frays or flaws. It is soft to touch and the pizza words on front are smooth and not protruding up from the material. She does recognize the word pizza and keeps pointing to it and asking for some lol. Overall, it's decent quality and a great price for a novelty type shirt.

This is an adorable toddler T-shirt! It would be absolutely perfect for a theme party or simply for a toddler who loves pizza! Most of them do! I was really impressed by the quality of this shirt. The fabric is soft and thick. It's also 100% cotton! I look for that now with so many shirts being made with synthetic fibers only. This Pizza shirt is the cutest thing ever. My son looks nice and ready for pizza night when he wears it. The material is nice, and the pattern is simple but great. The quality is awesome too, and after several washes I have not noticed any loose threads on it or fading letters. It is a bit big on my son, both being long in the torso and the sleeves, but I bought a size up so he can enjoy it for longer. I just roll up the sleeves for him and the long torso is fine. He's 15 months old and I got a 2T outfit.
