We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- If your return contains shoes or clothing (at any price points) or items priced below $100, you will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- We are unable to provide a free return label for bulky items
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You can purchase your own return label during the return process using our discounted carrier rates
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.

My son used to love helping in the kitchen, as does my grand-daughter. So when my friend told me that her toddler loved to help, I snagged this adorable cotton t-shirt for her to wear when she helps her mom in the kitchen.What I love: It's all natural cotton and has come out of the washer/dryer is great shape. The cute "Sous Chef" logo has worn up under many washes and it always comes out softer. I love the durability of this t-shirt and she still hasn't grown out of it over several months.Bottom-line: This made an awesome gift for a kid that enjoys helping out in the kitchen. At a very reasonable price, I recommend getting a couple of different sizes as this is sure to become a favorite!

We got a 4T size for 28-month-old based on the sizes of other clothes he wears. It fits, stretches, and is so soft and comfortable. The color is neutral and looks good. It did fine in the laundry.

Honestly, this is a pretty high quality t-shirt! The color is nice and neutral, easy to match with! The fit is consistent with your normal adult t-shirt, so no second guessing on sizes. I'd say it feels pretty comfortable as well. No complaints from my little one!

This is a very high quality t shirt. "Sous Chef" is the cutest thing to have on a toddler shirt because he truly IS my sous chef!!! When I explained what it means he got so excited. This pre-washed very well. Super happy with it. Fits him perfectly and it's a great price. Very cute branding going on!

This tee is textured like cotton and actually pretty comfy for my child to wear. I liked the feel and style of it, but unfortunately it got stained on the first wash, which was disappointing. I might not have followed the washing instructions perfectly, so that could be part of it.Overall, it's a cute and comfy tee, but the washing issue keeps me from giving it a full 5 stars.

I was really happy with it the moment I opened the package. The cotton feels great in my hands, soft but still sturdy, and the quality is better than I expected for the price. It fits really nicely too, not too tight and not too loose, and it looks adorable when it's on.The colors and design are even cuter in person, and it has become one of my favorite pieces to put on my little one. A great quality T-shirt that fits my grandson perfectly. The washability factor is great, no shrinkage or loss of color. The appearance is typical of a T-shirt nothing overly fancy or frilly. The "Sous Chef" print is placed well and done, falling centered where it was placed. The softness of the material is very nice, there is not texture with the material, so for anyone who may not like a rough textured material, this will make a great shirt for them. The material appears to be of sound good quality too.

This shirt is very soft and a cream color. I'm a pastry chef so having my little sous chef beside me in the kitchen is just adorable. I will say that the shirt is definitely on the thicker side of things so if your little one runs on the hot side, save this for a colder season. Nice and soft and stretchy!

This shirt is absolutely perfect for my little sous chef who loves helping me in the kitchen. The design is adorable and fits right into our love of cooking at home. I honestly wish there were adult Chef versions so I could wear one too and have us match while we cook together. I am definitely keeping an eye on this brand in case that ever happens. The quality is outstanding. Even though it is cotton it feels far more premium than most toddler shirts. The fabric is soft breathable and comfortable without feeling flimsy. The neckline is thick and durable which is important because toddlers love to tug at their shirts and this one holds its shape well.The print itself looks very high end. It does not feel like a cheap screen print and I do not worry about it cracking or peeling after a few washes. Everything about it feels thoughtfully made from the material to the design. The fit is great. My daughter is 3 and moving into 4T and this gives her room to grow without looking oversized right now. She looks adorable wearing it and feels comfortable enough to move around and help out. We really love this brand and I hope they release more sizes in the future. My 8 year old son already wants one and I would love the idea of a whole family of chef themed shirts in the kitchen.

This review is for the Chunky Deli kids' t-shirt. This t-shirt is a soft 100% cotton shirt. It's a little large before the first wash, but washing it shrunk it to the correct size. The 4T size fit my 4-year-old just right. It's not a thin shirt, but a thick, soft cotton.The little one likes to help his parents cook and bake, so this is a funny and appropriate shirt!
