30-day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as they are received back to us unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. To be returnable and refundable your return must be scanned by the chosen carrier within 30 days from the delivery date.

To begin a return, please click here or email us at care@easytot.com if the item received was defective or not as ordered with a photo.
Eligibility Criteria
Returned items must meet all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging, with all original tags attached
- Free of odors or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items received more than 30 days ago
- Final sale or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items
- Underwear
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or visibly used
Return Options
We offer two return options. Please read carefully before choosing:
1. Store Credit (Best Option)
- You will receive a free return shipping label (shoes/clothing only)
- No restocking fees
- Store credit can be combined with any discount code on a future purchase. It never expires.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
- You must purchase your own return label during the return process
- A 25% restocking fee applies to items priced $100 or above (except clothing and shoes)
We are not able to provide free labels or make exceptions for customers who choose a refund to original payment method.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Restocking Fees
Restocking fees apply when you return an item priced >.$100 and you request a refund to your original payment method instead of store credit. We also reserve the right to apply restocking fees for certain items priced less than $100 when they are not returned in resellable conditions - e.g. you removed the original packaging. If you remove the original packaging we reserve the right to reject the return, however we may simply apply a restocking fee on a case by case basis so your return will still be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please select store credit when starting your return, and use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@easytot.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in transit. If you need to make a change, contact care@easytot.com as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Return Abuse Policy
To ensure fair use of our return policy, we monitor return activity. Excessive or abusive return patterns may result in future order restrictions or refusal of service.

This t-shirt and the other Chunky Deli tee's I have ordered, invoke much laughter and garner many compliments. The brands shirts fit great. The creamy color camouflages oopsies and stains well. The 100% cotton fabric does not irritate delicate skin and is very comfy. Additionally, the quality is evident by how well these tee's launder. Imagery remains well adhered and does not crack. What can i say? This is an absolutely adorable romping t-shirt for the kids! Not everyone gets the reference but, that's ok! My kid knows and now she is asking to learn other words in French! Her pre-scool class mates ALL want to know what it says and she Loves to tell them…her teacher is loving it.0 she said she may do a foreign language unit towards the end of the school year! The sizing is perfect. The decorations are actually silkscreened on There so you don't have to worry about peeling or fading. Packaged minimally, soft, tag less and ready to wear! I imagine this being a good gift from big sister to little sister…. However you choose to use this for the small fries you know, some one will be really happy to have it!

So soft and cute! Purchased for my little neighbor friend who just turned 3. His dad has the pet name "small fry" for him, and I knew he'd love this shirt. It's really a soft fabric, and roomy true to size. I do think it will shrink in the wash so I'm glad for the stretch and the extra room. The fabric isn't too thick and there was no smell upon opening. Very pleased, very cute design - highly recommend for your small fry.
